How much blue light do your glasses block?

Our glasses have been lab tested for transmittance % of blue light at nanometer wavelength intervals from 780nm-290nm.

Our glasses block virtually 100% of the harmful part of the spectrum from 290nm to 415nm (UVA and UVB). This part of the spectrum is also invisible to human sight.

From there blocking gradually tapers off into the visual spectrum to 70% at 420nm, 50% at 425nm, 35% at 430nm and so on.

How much "Blue Light" do they block? Roughly 50% if you take into account the transmittance % at each nanometer interval.

This is the industry standard for clear blue light-blocking lenses. But most importantly, they block virtually 100% of macular degeneration-related light.

If you are looking for glasses that block 100% of visible blue light, then we would suggest looking for yellow-tinted or red lens blue light glasses.

I have been suffering from very dry eyes for months. Even though the Dr. prescribed lubricant drops I still am very uncomfortable. I have only been using the clip on for 3 days and I think I am going to have some relief. My only con is how distracting the clip area is and having a hard time to adjust o that. I have clip on sunglasses that fasten at the sides of my glasses and are not distracting. Think you might want to try developing those. It is a good product. My eye strain was noticeably less right away. my only complaint is that it doesn’t fit my glasses properly, I have to use some tape to keep it flush with the lens. It is possible that maybe my frame is not compatible with it or maybe I am not using it properly since I have to take off my glasses to attach them and I can’t see much without my glasses.

I must admit I doubted that the glasses would make any difference! I bought the clip on set and the glasses. Since I have been using them my eyes are no longer irritated, dry or blurry! I spend several hours most days working on my computer and have always ended up rubbing my eyes and dealing eith blurry vision. Not any more! These glasses work extremely well. My only negative would be the clip on lenses. I find these difficult to attach and end up with smeared lenses! I worry that the attachment pieces are fragile and will break. The other point is the attachment pieces are very visible when wearing the clip ons. Quite distracting. But my eyes are very happy!

Nice product but you failed to take in to consideration that glasses comes in all shapes and sizes. They are not a one size fits all. So with that said the clip ones were waaaay to big on my glasses and the clip was in the way of my vision. So I couldn’t use them, was not given the option to exchange for a different one but my money was refunded.
